[See <a href=\"https:\/\/pnl-law.com\/blog\/steps-procedure-in-legal-separation-cases\/\">Procedure \/ Steps in Legal Separation Cases<\/a>]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"838\" height=\"628\" src=\"https:\/\/pnl-law.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Revocation-of-Donations-in-Legal-Separation-Cases.png\" alt=\"Revocation of Donations in Legal Separation Cases\" class=\"wp-image-8174\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The revocation of the donations shall be recorded in the Register of Deeds of Deeds in the places where the properties are located.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alienations, liens, and encumbrances registered in good faith. before the recording of the petition for revocation in the registries of property shall be respected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the issuance of the Decree of Legal Separation, the innocent spouse may revoke the designation of the offending spouse as a beneficiary in any insurance policy even if such designation be stipulated as irrevocable.
