Among the social amelioration programs (see List of Social Amelioration Programs) provided in Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1 is the Recovery Package for Micro and Small Enterprises Engaged in Agriculture and Fisheries Food Production, and other Supply Chain Activities in Accordance with the Agripreneurship Development Fund/Program of the ACPC

  • Small enterprise – Any business activity or enterprise engaged in industry, agribusiness and/or services, whether single proprietorship, cooperative, partnership or corporation whose total assets, inclusive of those arising from loans but exclusive of the land on which the particular business entity’s office, plant and equipment are situated, must have a value of PhP 3,000,001 to PhP 15,000,000.

Eligible borrowers may avail of loan assistance amounting to Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 300,000) up to 90% of their projected cost, but not to exceed 15 Million Pesos

Government financial institutions (GFIs) and Non-Government Financial Institutions shall implement this program by extending loans directly to eligible loan borrowers.

Would just like to confirm if our company is qualified. DHL Supply Chain (Monde Account).
Could you help us to check if we are qualified.

This would help a lot for employees which are not entitled in DOLE financial assistance, and dont have any hazard pay..

    Thank you in advance!

      Good day!
May I know if backyard livestock farmers who are engaged in Hog Raising, Broiler Farming 1000-2000 heads, and Egg Layer Farmers are also included in the list of those who are qualified? Thank you, God bless.

Hi Eduardo. As long as the business enterprise falls under “micro” and “small”, it should be qualified. Good luck.
