Honestly, I am not in favor of The Death Penalty. It is in the Bible and it is one of The Ten Commandments… “Thou shalt not kill.” I guess, it is the proper implementation of the law that needs to have improvement.
Quelly, I’m not sure what’s the punishment – according to the Bible – if a person kills another (or others).
