Contact Details for Complaints in Execution of Social Amelioration Programs

There are unique challenges in addressing the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) crisis. For one, there is a wide variety of Social Amelioration Programs, designed to mitigate the socio-economic impact of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ). Given that the scope is the entire Philippines, the sheer volume of work and moving parts understandably leads to confusion and problems. There are mechanisms provided under Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1 to address the confusion and gray areas.

Perhaps anticipating the confusion in rolling out these programs, the circular provided for means to submit complaints in the execution of the Social Amelioration Programs. Here are the means or numbers provided in Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1:

  • a) Letters to the concerned Department 
  • b) Social media messaging 
  • c) Concerns regarding TUPAD and CAMP : 1349 Hotline
  • d) Concerns regarding AICS, LAG and FNI distribution : 895 – 12803
  • e) Concerns regarding DILG LGU monitoring : 02-8876-3454 loc. 8806/8810, 02-8925-0343, 09274226300, 09150054535, 099613849272 and 096177216681 
  • f) Miscellaneous concerns : 8888

    Bakit po dito samin sa brgy. San.agustin San.Miguel Bulacan
    Ay naapproved kame sa dswd pero ngayong bigayan na ng form biglang hindi na daw kame nakalista ang sabe nung sa brgy binawasan daw nila. Akala ko po ba hindi dapat paki elaman ng LGU yan pero ano nangyayare? Hindi ko ma contact yung mga number na nakalagay sainyo. Wala naman kaming hanap buhay sideline lang ang meron kaming mag asawa me 7months kaming baby na pinapagatas. Nakikitira lang naman kame sa magulang namin na nagtitinda lang sa palengke ng mais. Nakakadismaya. Saan ako pwede lumapit?? Mamamatay nalang ba kame ng dilat?

    Hi ma’am ask ko lang po ang form d po ba ng SAP ihouse to house siya,wala po kami natanggap na form then nalaman nalang po namin na may fill up na ung form namin signature nalang po kulang.Una,nag ask me sino nagfill up todo deny sila then nalaman namin na ung isang bhw daw nagfill up at nagbase lang siya sa census.Eh di po ba may part dun na may Uri ng ID na meron ka at id # at magkano sweldo u at san ka nagwowork nd naman ata sakop ng census un.or kung nakaask naman sila before nuon ng information db dapat idouble check nila un before isubmit.
    Then may mga nakareceived po dun sa brgy namin na asawa ng konsehal,may abroad, 2 person nabigyan ng ayuda sa isang pamilya then may trabaho pa ang isa.

    Good day po. Sa Brgy. 164 zone 18 po sa Malibay, Pasay City until now po walang narereceive na forms po para sa tulong na hinihingi namin. Isang beses pa lang din pong nag.abot sa amin ng relief goods at noong March 29 pa po iyon. 2 buwan na po kaming walang pasok at sahod. Sana po matugunan nyo po yung hinihingi naming tulong.
